We purchased 806 N State Street in 2024. We re-imaged it as a home for a couple or two adults. However it can accommodate up to four (two per bedroom).

Two parking spaces are in the rear accessed off of State Street. Smaller fenced backyard.

We mow the yard and provide weekly curbside trash and recycling pickup.

Two gardens we maintain for tenant use - the Queen Smith at 802 N State and the Garden at the Crossing at 809 N State are on this same block.

Our office is just two bocks away as is our private tenant fitness center at 605 N Neil St.
