My first and I'm already impressed with the amenities here! The views from the rooftop deck are amazing and it's so nice to have a barbeque available for people to use so close to the Quad. With the bookstore next door, a coffee shop connected downstairs, and Target just a block away, this honestly could not be in a better location. Only reason I'm not giving a 5 star review right now is because I still have much to explore at the Hub and if it continues to get better, it will be a 5 stars well... earned!

Overall, super enjoyable, just very expensive for the size and design of stuff. The architecture of the place doesn’t make much sense. I also think it is terrible to have all rooms in a unit the same price. Why am i paying the same in my room without a closet as my roommate who has a closet the size of my room… Other than that its pretty nice
