    Customer Service Arrived for a tour. Staffer was loud and inconsiderate of the agent and potential tenant talking at the next desk.

    Staffer seemed aloof, and put out by having to show me the property. She was not personable or motivated.

    We chose a different property, with similar features because of Hunter Pond customer service. If I get poor, disinterested service when I’m looking to become a renter, made me wonder how poor the service would be once I’m a sign a lease and have less    … leverage for repairs and other services.
