I had a great experience at Park Vista Apartments. The property is well-maintained, quiet, and in a convenient location. The apartments are spacious, comfortable, and the community has a nice overall feel. The management team is responsive and helpful, and maintenance requests are handled in a timely manner.

I have lived here for 2 years. The owner Bryan is real nice. We have water damage every time it rains . It never gets fixed. I have 2 other neighbors with the same problem.

Sorry for the trouble. It certainly is not lack of effort. We have replace the siding, sliding doors and sealed all balconies. I now have contracted a roofer to replace the gutters and replace the flashing between the roof and siding. I have had 4... contractors work on it. The effort is there.

I gave my apartment four stars because of the tenents and management. I've lived here for 20 yrs. and have seen many changes. But the management has always been very kind to me and my children. There are also a few tenants that have been there for awhile as well. I like where it's located and it's affordable!
