Unprofessional Landlord: Missed Deadlines, Ignored Safety Concerns

I had an extremely disappointing experience with this landlord. Despite clear terms outlined in the lease, they failed to evict a tenant with an agreed-upon termination date, which caused significant inconvenience. Additionally, I encountered issues with getting my security deposit back, which remains unresolved despite multiple attempts to communicate. Furthermore, safety hazards present in the unit were ignored, and despite my repeated efforts to bring them to the landlords attention, he... failed to address them. I would not recommend leasing or working with this person again.
