Water pressure The issue resolved itself. Residents confused. Information would have been helpful. Example email- Staff and maintenance aware of situation.

knowledgeable and courteous Although I had to turn two request in, Jordan finally came and fixed the light switch in our bedroom. It was done quickly, and he was so pleasant and asked if there was anything else he could do and we were very impressed with his professionalism.

Quick response Having my stove break the day before Thanksgiving left me practically in paralysis, but Jordan came very quickly and fixed it so I was able to continue my baking
