The property is all-inclusive that's it nothing more
Find another property! Not taken care of. Entry doors are 1-2" off the ground. AC doesn't properly work. Filthy, slummy conditions. Moldy. Out-dated, wanna sublet, it'll cost $200, seriously. Need an exterminator for roaches. hallway carpets nasty and crunchy. RUUUUN AWAY!
