There is a noise level monitor in the living room. Loitering in the lobby before or after your reservation will result in a $200 fine. There is a maximum of 2 guests, which will be strictly enforced. Due to City of Chicago regulations, between October and April, the building's system is set to heat only and doesn’t switch back to cold air until May. The system is set to cold air between May and September. This apartment has both a standing fan and a space heater in a closet, and windows can be opened for fresh air. To respect the privacy of other residents, please make sure to follow the provided directions carefully and go directly to your assigned unit. Guests who knock on the wrong door or enter the wrong building and disturb other tenants will be subject to a $200 fine. Unapproved late checkout or unapproved early check in will result in a charge of $100 per hour after or before the scheduled checkout or check in time, respectively. Smoking inside or outside on the patio/balcony, parking lot or within 50ft of the property is strictly prohibited, as this is a smoke-free community. Any smell noticed by cleaners in the house, and/or any physical evidence of smoking any substance in the home will result in a fine of $500. Any pet brought to the property without being declared during the reservation process will be considered unauthorized. A fee of $200 will be charged for any evidence found of an unauthorized pet. Parties and events are strictly prohibited. Any evidence of a party or event, including camera footage, excessive garbage, or other evidence will result in a fine of $500, legal action, and possible eviction without reimbursement, plus the cost of any extra cleaning or damages that result from the event. Noise detection monitors are present. Any items that are lost or inadvertently removed from the unit after your check-out time will be deemed lost, and a reimbursement request will be made for any missing items. Moving of furniture isn't allowed -especially on the balcony. Violation of this will result in a $100 fine. Guests are prohibited from obstructing or tampering with exterior cameras. Windows in the property only open a few inches for safety purposes. Please ensure windows are not forced open beyond the designated limit. Per the listing and ownership rules, quiet hours are between 10pm and 6am. Repeated violations will result in cancellation of your reservation with no refund. To ensure a secure environment for all guests, please do not allow anyone into the building who does not have their own means of entry. Every guest or visitor must buzz themselves in using their personal access method—whether through the buzzer system, QR code, or the app provided. Guests must let us know at the time of booking if additional visitors will arrive during the stay or reservation will be cancelled. No exceptions, no refunds.
