There is a noise level monitor in the living room. Loitering in the lobby before or after your reservation is not allowed and will result in a $200 fine. There is a maximum of 2 guests, which will be strictly enforced. To respect the privacy of other residents, please make sure to follow the provided directions carefully and go directly to your assigned unit. Guests who knock on the wrong door or enter the wrong building and disturb other tenants will be subject to a $200 fine. Tampering with noise detectors or cameras (including removing them from their mounts) is strictly prohibited and a $150 violation fee will apply. Smoking inside or outside on the patio/balcony, parking lot, or within 50ft of the property is strictly prohibited, as this is a smoke-free community. Any smell noticed by cleaners in the house, and/or any physical evidence of smoking any substance in the home will result in a fine of $500. Any pet brought to the property without being declared during the reservation process will be considered unauthorized and a fee of $200 will be charged for any evidence found of an unauthorized pet. Parties and events are strictly prohibited and any evidence of a party or event, including camera footage, excessive garbage, or other evidence will result in a fine of $500, legal action, and possible eviction without reimbursement, plus the cost of any extra cleaning or damages that result from the event. Per the listing and ownership rules, quiet hours are between 10pm and 6am and repeated violations will result in cancellation of your reservation with no refund. Moving of furniture isn't allowed -especially on the balcony and violation of this will result in a $100 fine. Unapproved late checkout or unapproved early check in will result in a charge of $100 per hour after or before the scheduled checkout or check in time, respectively. The system is set to cold air between the months of May and September. All of our units have both a standing fan and a space heater in a closet, and windows can be opened for fresh air.
