Lined with some of the most attractive architecture in the entire city, Hyde Park Boulevard is one of the neighborhood's most elegant thoroughfares. One of its gems, 1118-28 East Hyde Park Boulevard, has been completely renovated into large one, two,... three, and four bedroom apartment homes, all with condo-quality finishes.
These apartments feature great room sizes, including dens large enough to easily work from home, and all of the best amenities including stainless steel appliances, central heat and A/C, hardwood floors, exposed brick walls, and an in-unit washer/dryer. Limited off-street parking is also available for an additional fee.
Hyde Park has seen many improvements in the very recent past which include the complete redevelopment of the 53rd Street retail corridor, a new Whole Foods, and a Target department store. Of course, all of the old favorites are still here as well including the University of Chicago, the Museum of Science and Industry, the DuSable Museum, and fantastic access to some of the lake's best beaches. The newest cultural attraction to the area, The Obama Presidential Center, is scheduled to open this summer.

This is a great building. Lots of amenities for a good price. The area is pretty quiet but a close walk to grocery shopping, restaurants, and more! It is spacious with excellent appliances.
