Do NOT move here. This building is completely infested and nothing fixes it. Roaches are everywhere—hallways, underneath my bed, even on my food. Constant bed bug outbreaks. Mice live in the walls and if you are luck in your unit. I’ve watched bugs crawl under my door. There’s likely mold from leaks and ceilings deteriorating. Most days you’ll see trash in the hallways for days with no one cleaning it.

I have lived here for a little over a year out of necessity (I did not want to move after just one year). PLEASE READ THIS and take my words seriously. Do not move here.

As the previous reviewer has stated, sound travels so much here you will hear every single apartment around you if they have anything somewhat moderately loud. And what’s worse, management does not care. I’ve even had neighbors above me that owned a dog (which was stated was against regulations for the apartment complex) and... the landlord stated there was nothing they could do (?).

Everything else the previous reviewer said was true as well, but the sound issues are the absolute biggest issue that will probably never be handled. You’ve been forewarned. I hope this review finds you well. Read More

Please do not move to 1515 Morse. Management is unresponsive to serious issues, elevator does not work properly and has not had proper permits since moving in, and the building is old with serious issues. Water comes out orange and yellow if you do not run your water for a day, toxic fumes from harsh cleaning materials leak into units, and sound travels everywhere. You cannot walk in your own apartment without downstairs neighbors hearing everything. Radu, the building maintenance attendant,... does a half hazard job, does not respond to issues in a timely manner, and apartment is extremely hot and needs air to be on year round. Apartment entrance is dimly lit and makes it dangerous for young women and small children entering apartment, let alone entrance is not heated during winter months. Parking is inconvenient with entrance in the back and the elevator takes ten minutes to go upstairs. Very dirty building overall, poorly constructed cabinets in kitchen, and building washer and dryer in building do not work. If you have a brain, do not move here. Read More
