You are paying around 1500 for a slum.
BJB properties is doing everything they can to milk this slum before it caves in as an investment. I, and many other have written reviews revealing the roach infestation and other problems of this place you get locked into with a year lease. They will make you sign waivers of lead and asbestos not being visibly present because it is a cover up. Those are the least of your worries. No ventilation in the building with the exception that there is no insulation. This is just the obvious surface... problems. Management is very good, but there is only so much a company can do to support an inhumane building that should be condemned. The problem is that it is right next to another building which was kept up well, that would also have to be demolished with this building. You've been warned.

Location. Location. LOCATION!
Steps from everything! Michigan Ave. shops, Oak Street beach, Rush and Division nightlife. Apartments are ample and neighbors are friendly. Rooftop deck is a big plus! Many great events also for the building tenants. Such a great community to live in. LOVE IT HERE!!!
