For the safety of all guests, a $2500 security deposit is handled via credit card and a simple background check is required, including valid ID from all adults. Our standard check-in time is 4:00 PM, and for reservations made on the same day of arrival, the earliest possible check-in time is 6:00 PM. Check-out must be completed any time before 11:00 AM. Unauthorized late check-out may result in additional charges. Parties, gatherings, or events are strictly prohibited on the premises and will result in the forfeiture of the full security deposit and any additional fines set by the condominium rules and regulations where the property is located, and termination of the stay without a refund. Smoking and vaping of any kind are strictly prohibited within the unit and the building. Any violation will result in an immediate fine of $500 per occurrence and termination of the stay without a refund.
