Street noise in the area isn't uncommon, especially being walking distance from the train station. The apartment is located one flight up and there is no elevator. No pets are allowed. A late check-in fee of $75 will be charged for arrivals after 9 PM, and a fee of $100 will be charged for arrivals after midnight. Check-out time is before 11 AM, and a late check-out fee of $100 will apply if approved. For the safety and security of all guests, a valid government-issued photo ID is required at check-in. Utilities such as electricity, gas, and Wi-Fi are not included in monthly rentals and will cost $300 per month ($350 between June 1st and October 1st).
For a steady hot shower, turn the hot water knob fully on and the cold water knob just a 1/4 turn. While access to the mailbox is not guaranteed, you can receive packages without any issue. The furniture and decoration in the apartment may vary from the photos listed online, as we periodically update and refresh them. Rest assured, the apartment will be well-appointed and comfortable for your stay.

If you require early check-in, late check-out, or have any special requests (e.g. additional guests, luggage storage), please submit them in writing in advance. All requests are subject to availability and may incur an additional fee if approved.
