Street noise is common due to the proximity to the train station, so light sleepers may want to bring earplugs. The apartment is located one flight up with no elevator. A late check-in fee of $75 applies for arrivals after 9 PM and $100 after midnight. No pets are allowed. Check-out time is before 11 AM, and a late check-out fee of $100 applies if approved. Each guest must present a valid government-issued photo ID at check-in for safety and security. The furniture and decoration may vary from the photos online as they are periodically updated. Utilities are not included in monthly rentals and cost $300 per month, increasing to $350 between June 1st and October 1st.
