Smoking is not allowed inside the apartment, and violations will incur a $500 fine. Tampering with noise monitors or cameras will result in a $500 fine. Quiet hours are between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM. Guests are liable for any damage to the property and should report any damages noticed at check-in. Due to building requirements, the primary guest must be 25 years or older to book. To abide by all legal requirements and building security rules, you will be asked to provide a copy of your official government-issued photo ID, confirm your contact information, and provide a valid credit card with a name that matches your ID.
