Great place to live!
I moved to 2555 N Clark about three months ago from out of state and couldn’t be happier with my decision to live here. The number one thing I’ve noticed is how clean the building always is—from the common areas to the elevators, hallways, front lobby, and even the laundry room. Hakim clearly takes pride in his work, and it shows every day as I walk through the building. On top of that, both Hakim and the new property manager, Madison, have been extremely friendly and very responsive to all… maintenance requests since I moved in. They’re great people who genuinely care about your experience as a tenant, which is especially valuable in a big city like Chicago.
Before moving in, I did a lot of research on this property and nearby properties by reading reviews on Google and Apartments.com. I wanted to leave a review myself on Apartments.com since it looks like it's been a while since someone has, especially with the new management team now in place. They’re doing a fantastic job, and this truly is a great place to call home. As I’m writing this, there’s only one unit available in the entire building—a testament to how well-managed and desirable this place is to live in.Review from Apartments.com
