Ideally located in the heart of Wrigleyville, you're one block away from Chicago's famous Wrigley Field, and within walking distance of local restaurants, cafes, bars and shops.
Guests aged 18-24 may book on an exception basis. Local guests are permitted to book on an exception basis only. Parties, gatherings, and group events are strictly prohibited. Unauthorized gatherings or events will result in termination of reservation without refund. The booking guest must stay for the full duration and is responsible for all guests. Some ambient noise is part of city living. Only registered guests may access the property. Any additional visitors must be declared and pre-approved. Keep noise levels down, especially between 10:00 PM – 8:00 AM. Failure to respect quiet hours or disturbances from an unauthorized gathering will result in termination of the reservation without refund and may result in additional fines to pay city tickets or HOA fines for violations. Late check-outs will incur a $250 fee. Smoking of any kind is prohibited inside the unit and on the building premises. Evidence of smoking, including odor, will result in a $500 remediation charge. Local laws also prohibit smoking within 15 feet of any entrance. A $150 lockout fee applies per occurrence. Lost keys or remotes will incur a $50 replacement fee each. We are not responsible for lost items. If something is left behind, we will attempt to locate it and ship it at your expense. Guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation. Occupancy is limited to the number of guests included in your reservation. All guests shall abide by the good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10 p.m. to 8 a.m. To comply with legal and security requirements, you may need to sign a rental agreement, provide a government-issued photo ID, confirm your contact details, and submit a selfie matching your ID. Guests must have a positive track record and provide details about their stay and the guests traveling with them. We reserve the right to decline reservations that do not pass verification.
