Sketchy Neighborhood
Although this building looks better than it did years ago, the surrounding area is still sketchy to say least. There still is lot of gang activity and crime around neighboring Koz Park. Calling this location Logan Square is a big stretch as it is on the far. far edge of Logan Square.
