Perfect
I truly have nothing bad to say about this apartment. Georgiana, one of the property managers is absolutely wonderful and is so pleasant to deal with. All my work orders have been completed the same day they're requested. It's quiet, safe, updated, and all utilities are included (even internet!) the area is amazing. I have everything I need in walking distance. Security attendants are friendly and attentive. Only inconvenience is Duffy's on the weekends, of course, that is no problem of BJB.… Slightly smaller than most studios, but if you're living alone with minimal things, it's not bad at all.
