Live here if your not going to make noise at all
I highly recommend asking about their noise policies because apparently you cannot be disturbing other tenants day or night. Meaning while watching tv you can not have the volume up or if you play video games you will need a headset. Tenants will not go to you and ask to keep it down instead they go directly to the property. If you do get 3 notice you will get terminated. If you call the office to see what you can do about the noise they won’t help. Honestly it’s not worth living like this it’s... so stupid. The office can’t do nothing about the noise and you can’t either. Better yet other tenants will have music loud their tv loud as well.
