Amazing building. Well maintained. Clean and peaceful. Property manager is very professional and dedicated. Neighbors are exceptionally respectful. This building has mostly older tenants and that’s why it’s a green flag. The ambiance is nice, at the lobby music is always playing, soft slow music, almost as if you are being welcomed to a peaceful environment. I have only been here only three months and it has been a big mistake to move here. My unit smell like old rotten sewage. The owner should not be renting out some of these units because of the terrible smell. The owner and some workers call themselves repairing some pipes in my bathroom walls that were giving off the terrible smell. I was not able to use my bathroom for an entire weekend while they call themselves repairing my pipes. The smell is still in my unit and I was left with dust in my... entire unit. The owner refuse to reduce my rent for the cost of me staying in a hotel for the weekend. Cost of the hotel is due to me not being able to use my bathroom while the owner and her crew did repairs to the pipes. Read More
