No Doorbell, Rodent Problems.

This building has no doorbell, rodent issues, and if you live on the 7251, 53 and 55, when you take out the trash in the back, good luck getting back in because the building next to it owns the back gate and you won't get a key to get in unless you're a tenant of the building next to it. Hope the new real estate took over and makes it better and yeah, the mail service in the area is crappy, the post office up the street has ratchet people working there and the carriers are so darn lazy you won't... get your mail for week or two.
