They made the garage private. So your guest can no longer park in the attached garage. So if your family and friends want to come over and stay they have to park somewhere else. But they still let Gibson restaurant use the garage for valet. But paying residence cant have guest parking its a shame. Also they don’t let delivery people such as DoorDash drop off food at your door.

The apartment is nice and updated but it is small. You are paying for location. The walls are a bit thin in places. Planned Property Managements is the worst company I have ever worked with. It sometimes takes them a whole month to cash our rent checks. They are also very rude when you call inquiring if your check/payment has been received.

I love to get my grocery shopping done at Whole Foods which is two blocks away. Ever since ppm took over management at my building, Mary and I have been pleased with their work ethic.
