Smoking is strictly prohibited within the unit, with a $500 fine for violations. The apartment is not pet-friendly. Respect for fellow residents and neighbors is paramount. Please keep noise levels at a considerate level, especially during quiet hours, to maintain a peaceful environment. The maximum number of guests allowed in the apartment is as indicated in your booking details. Hosting additional overnight guests without prior approval is not permitted. A security deposit of $500 will be required before check-in. We have cameras outside of the home for your safety. It will be recording during the reservations. Tampering with these will result in a $500 fine. Due to a building requirement, the primary guest must be 25 years or older to book. Quiet hours are between 22:00 - 8:00. No parties or events are allowed, with a $1,000 fine for violations. Guests are liable for any damage to the property. Report any damages noticed at check-in.
