Great Location, Not So Great Service
If you want to be close to Wrigley, Boystown or just in the heart of Lakeview, this is the place. It's also close to the El and almost everything you need is within walking distance. The on-site maintenance here is kind of a joke though, the "building engineer" is a mystical creature I've heard stories about but never seen during the day light hours, or any hours for that matter. If you want something fixed, good luck to ya, it takes an act of congress to make that happen. Great location though.
