City sticker costs $95/year for standard passenger vehicles and adding a zone number costs $25/year. Reserved parking is not included. Free street parking is occasionally available on Rice St a block away, and often available on Iowa St and on Augusta Blvd.
All within walking distance are coffee shops, multiple parks, BYOB sushi and Thai restaurants, grocery and convenience stores, breweries, and countless bars and restaurants.
No smoking is allowed on the premises, and a $150 fee will be assessed for violations, with additional fees for remediation. Quiet time is after 10pm. Guests must cover the cost to replace unreturned access devices such as keys, key cards, fobs, or parking passes.
