Smoking of any kind (marijuana, cigarettes, etc.) is strictly prohibited; a smell of smoke will incur deodorizing fees starting at $500. Noise complaints will result in immediate police contact and forfeiture of 100% of your security deposit. The Nest thermostats are locked to maintain temperatures between 68-78 degrees in the summer and 60-72 degrees in the winter. Candles are for decoration only and should not be lit. Maximum occupancy is strictly enforced; exceeding it will result in the loss of 100% of your security deposit. Dishes should be cleaned and put away, and trash should be taken out before departure. Furniture should not be moved; a $100 fee per piece will be charged if furniture needs to be moved back to its original place. Firearms and other weapons are prohibited on the premises. A rental agreement must be signed to confirm your reservation. Check-out is at 11 am and check-in is at 4 pm. Instructions for check-in will be sent one hour prior to check-in time on the day of arrival via platform messages, email, or text messages. Locals are not hosted, and any local bookings will receive an automatic cancellation. The property is not responsible for items left behind after check-out; double-check all areas before leaving. The property reserves the right to ask for additional documentation or security deposits.
