Unorganized/theft
The management office is not very organized. There were a lot of mix ups, incorrect contractual information, inconsistent information, the list goes on. There is also a major theft problem in the common area when it comes to mail and packages. Would not necessarily recommend this building or Mac properties.

MAC Apartments is a SCAM, BEWARE!!!!
If I could rate them a 0, I most definitely would. Not only is this building unbearable, but the service of and company MAC Properties Management is as well. MAC Properties has to have the slowest and nastiest service ever! We have had issues with bed bugs, roaches, and mold ongoing! When called about bed bugs for months on out, it took them forever to send someone out to even look at the issue. My partner and I were told that because pest control could not find them, there was no need to treat.... We were also told to bring them in a bag as proof. Once, I was locked out of my apartment and it took them 4 hours to get someone to do a lockout at a time that they were open. The building is dark and it smells. The apartment was never clean from when we first moved in. I would never tell anyone to rent with Mac Property Management or live in this building. Looking for a way out now!
