Academy at Drexel

I have always loved renting from Academy at Drexel Court. The location is awesome, the amenities such as heat included, elevators, ramps, parking, washer and dryers, community room, gym, office manager, maintenance, spacious apartments, great appliances, handicap accessible spaces, gated, inside mailboxes, butterfly safety doors, multiple exits and a package room. Neighbors can great but some are inconsiderate to other neighbors around as far as being loud and rude early in the morning I guess we need to put up a sign like a child to be considerate to neighbors!!!!!

I can Only speak for myself. I've been a resident for almost 8 years. I feel very comfortable in my unit and can actually consider it Home. I was thinking of moving a couple times in the past out of state but lost the desire to do so because of the Homey feel of my unit at Drexel. I'm comfortable and appreciate the staff doing such a wonderful job in accommodating my/our needs.

I have nothing to say at this time, I love my unit and I’m grateful for this opportunity. At this time but I pay too much rent to have to live in these conditions.

It's a nice place to live. They take care of the building. There are some nice amenities such as the Work out.
Room and community room. I find maintenance to be very responsive. And?
I have some nice neighbors.
The greatest thing I like is that we have parking.
So you don't have to park on the street and it's for Residents and some Amenities for visitors to park also. It's extremely hard to find this in the city of chicago. I'm right at the Edge of Hyde Park in Washington Park, where there... are a lot of.
