Great Place to Live

We have lived in Anderson Point for over 2 years and have NOT, for one moment, regretted our decision to move into the building. Andersonville is a wonderful place to live. It’s a vibrant diverse community offering all one’s needs, dining, shopping and professional services, within walking distance. Over the past 18 months management has made significant capital investments in the property. Infrastructure upgrades to HVAC systems, water management and other critical operational components are... ongoing. Building amenities have also undergone significant improvements. Common areas in both towers have been remodeled. The gym includes a yoga studio and a game room. Finally, building management is incredibly responsive, every issue we raise, all minor, has been immediately addressed and corrected. The maintenance team is top notch. Finally, give Anderson Point a chance to demonstrate its value.

Avoid

Lived here 2+ years. It was a dumpster fire when I first moved in but did get a bit better with building improvements over the years. However, some significant issues such as my roof leaking for nearly 6 months (over my bed no less) and my balcony fence enclosure (paid extra...) not being built for 6 months were unacceptable.

Given the area (okay at best), the place is grossly overpriced and a lot of the "amenities" were unavailable during most of my tenure.

The cherry on top was my car...
getting towed by the apartment when I was trying to move out. There are ZERO authorized areas to park for cars for moving in/out. The apartment agreed to pay half the towing fee but never followed through despite multiple emails.

Avoid. If I wasn't in grad school and short on free time/cash, I would have moved out after the first lease...
