I have had a great time at Arkadia. This will be my 4th year in this community. They are just professional, always on point and honestly, the best living experience I have had thus far. And I have lived in many high end apartments and living spaces...

If I didn't have to move out of state for medicine, I would have remained here. Honestly, I truly appreciated my time here.

The building is very good and well maintained in a great location. All the front desk persons are really nice.
The noise from the highway is loud be mindful about that and choosing the apartment.
The gym is good but could be a little bigger, there is always people and sometimes a little crowded.
The dog area is in the parking lot and is very stinky but apparently that is going to be moved and modified

Our family loves Arkadia. We renewed our lease for the first time in March, and we had no hesitation about it.
Most of all, we love the kind and helpful staff. We also really like the amenities.
We’re looking forward to enjoying the pool and having barbecues soon.
We’re truly grateful for the wonderful Arkadia.

A fine residence which features brand new Aqua Mizer toilet filters which allow reduced leakage and more water efficiency which helps the environment.

I love living here. The staff is incredibly nice and helpful. Its always clean and quiet. And the location is perfect! The amenities are great. I can't wait for the pool deck to open for the summer, it is one of the many perks of living here.
