I've loved living at Atwater! The staff are wonderful and add to the feeling of community. The location is amazing, close the the river and navy pier without too much traffic noise.

The location is great. Grocery stores super close. Tons of restaurants to choose from. The beach and parks aren’t far. The staff and maintenance at the building are very friendly.
