How Is This Rating Determined?

Small but confortable

No one knows my apartment size - which I think is a big lie. Even the owner told me he didn't know. I think it is a bit of a tactic no to scare the renter. As you can see this probably means that the apartment is a bit too small. Another problem is parking, street parking. This maybe ok in other areas but it is a nightmare on this one.

Well, I have to say though that the apartment is very nice and the landlord is a very nice guy as well.
