MICE Problems and Worst management
Worst experience ever! GLAD we moved out of this building.
We had to terminate our lease because of mice problems. Even after complaining many times the management and pest control team did not make the necessary efforts to solve the mice issue. We caught almost 9 mice in our apartment. Maintenance found a hole under a bathroom radiator and they covered it but there are many holes between the walls which management failed to fix it.
We have a 9-month-old baby and we cannot put him on the... floor because of mice droppings everywhere and it affected our day to day life.
We moved out in the last week of December and I called the management office on Jan 1st week to pay the lease-breaking penalties and they said they sent it to the collection office because they had to close the year-end accounts. We always paid rent on time and never caused any issues and the fact they sent it to a collections agency is shady. I would not recommend this place to anyone.
