Campus Court Apartments

Campus Court is a complex that sits on the center of the block between 53rd and 54th on Harper Avenue. The landscaping is beautiful. The units are private and peaceful. The neighborhood is clean and well maintained. This location has maintained the same atmosphere in all the decades I've lived here. Very welcoming.

Travis is very timely and professional. He is a wonderful asset to the campus court team!

Campus Courts is centrally located and accessible to public transportation. The units are spacious and comfortable. The management responds to requests in a timely fashion. The property is well managed with beautiful gardening. And the tenants are friendly.

Hi, I’m a current resident of campus court apartments. I’ve lived here for almost a year and it’s been nothing but a horrible experience. This building is very old and has a ton of issues. Since living here I’ve had over 20 work orders for my place. Since moving in August of 2024 I’ve had a fire from a faulty oven, very bad mice issues, handles breaking, paint chipping, water leaking from the ceiling, black mold forming in my windows, bug issues and more.There’s is a huge pest problem is this... apartment. Especially mice (no matter how clean you keep your place). There’s a huge roach problem in the basement especially in the laundry room. The management is absolutely horrible. Don’t except anyone to be in the office if you need assistance. Also, don’t expect anyone to pick up the phone to answer your questions or concerns, you will get sent straight to the customer service line. I’ve never had so many issues in an apartment. Yes the area of the place is beautiful and the apartment has great charm but I would not recommend anyone living here. I can’t wait to end my lease. Read More

Campus Courts is a landmark for me. The area has maintained the same beauty and consistency throughout the years. The buildings are clean and quiet. I will miss the security of the gate serving as an additional form of security.
