Spacious, Quiet and Convenient Location

The studio apartments are spacious and well maintained. Management is responsive, and maintenance requests are handled promptly. The location is excellent, with UChicago, Trader Joe's, a variety of restaurants, Metra service to downtown, and several bus lines all nearby. Moving to Greenstone on South Cornell in Hyde Park was a great decision!

A great place to live!

It’s truly convenient to get to everywhere from here!
I’ve never had a problem with any bugs or mice, when I submit a work order, it is handled quickly!!
It’s a very good place to live!! :o)

Please just don’t bother unless you want your belongings crawling with roaches. Oh and the bed bugs are still here.

WORST PLACE TO LIVE!!!

Do not move in here! Bed bugs & Roach infested!
Terrible Management! Do not let the photos fool you! People in the building steal packages! Water is turned off once a week. Elevator barely works. Laundry room is just for show because it makes your clothes even more dirty. Just say no!
