Constant issues

Since moving in just this past August, I have had constant issues with my apartment. I have averaged more than 2 items broken per month since moving in, including a dirty washing machine at move-in, a broken dishwasher (twice), a door falling off the wall, no hot water in the bathroom, no cold water in the kitchen, and a broken bathroom doorknob. When repaired, many of these items quickly broke a second or even third time.

When repairs were not completed in one day, items were left barely...
functional, such as the shower having to be operated with pliers or vice grips for multiple days before the handle was poorly reattached (it has since fallen come loose to the point of being inoperable for a third time).

I have also had numerous unsatisfactory interactions with the property managers. The first property manager, Nancy, made no effort to return a yearbook belonging to a previous resident that was left in the corner of the closet (I was able to get it back to the previous resident myself, who was grateful as the book was a graduation gift from her dad). Recently, I have been trying to get lease information from the new property manager, Milot. Despite reaching out multiple times over the last few weeks, he has not sent even a basic reply.
