ALWAYS under construction. When we lived here hardly a day went by where there wasn’t loud banging before 9 am, whether it was from facade work, condo renovations, or the clang of the old radiator. It’s probably because it’s an old building but be prepared for these noises, paper thin walls, and frequent water shut downs. Management also has a lot of strange rules, such as limited times for package pick up and laundry. You’re really only paying for the lake view and proximity here.
