The apartments are horrible

They’re concrete flooring and cracks everywhere in the floor! Elevator is always broke. Access box does not work so there is no access for emergency personnel. The painting on the walls are horrible. Water stay cold and heating issues during the winter. Everything broke in the apartment within first month of move in, in 2022. Nothing gets fixed properly. A lot of things were not done upon move in and didn’t get finished.
