Farcroft Park

I absolutely love living at Farcroft. I moved in a little while ago and have had amazing experiences. The process of applying was so smooth, even though this was my first time ever applying and to my own apartment! I toured and the leasing agent I worked with within Tawani was amazing and she helped me so much! She even gave me an application that day and told me about a unit as soon as it became available. Moving day was super straightforward and easy! Living here has been amazing, the building... is quiet, my neighbors are so nice, and the amenities of the building are also great! I love my unit too, the finishes are so beautiful. This is such a fantastic find in one of the best neighborhoods in Chicago, I love Rogers Park! The units are all updated and beautiful. The staff is friendly and very helpful. I NEVER waited more than a few days for something to be repaired or replaced. Very dog friendly building. Close to the 147, redline, and a ten min walk to Evanston. My advice as someone who lived there for 3 yrs in 3 units is to get one w a view of the lake. You won't regret it. Making Farcroft my home for the last few yeas was the best decision I made when I moved to Chicago.

When I first walked into the building, I felt like I'd entered a luxury hotel as outfitted by Restoration Hardware. Brown leather, dark paneled walls, and sumptuous fixtures greet guests (not to mention a state of the art gym and hidden kitchenette and patio with built-in grills). Units here are spacious, modern, and relatively new, the only quirk being several non-90 degree walls in most units (the architect was superstitious). My kitchen has a giant granite island and a fantastic gas stove,... which is great for entertaining. Laundry and a trash chute on every floor is crazy convenient, central heat and air are included in the price of the unit , and my window overlooks the Frank Lloyd Wright house on Sheridan Road.
