Building is clean ,quiet and very friendly neighbors. Area is great. Maintenance issues are taken care of quickly if needed. Glad I found this building as my new home.

The floor, curtains, appliances are new and clean. Their maintenance service is quick and responsive when needed. I've stayed here for more than a year and thought it is in a great and considered safe in uptown area where I could walk to many grocery shops like Jewel, Target, Walgreen etc. There are plenty of restaurants nearby as well. I like that I could access to Sheridan redline by 5 mins walk and to Wilson station to get purple line by less than 10 mins walk. New carpet in hallways. New windows. Close to transportation. Friendly neighbors. Maintenance if needed done quickly . Happy with my new home.

I’m not confrontational, so this is tough for me. But, yesterday I came home to the property manager in my apartment! No notice, no letter, nothing. Illegal! She said she was lighting a pilot light in the stove. I told her to get out and that I had the right to call the police. And if she ever breaks in again, I will! The building is old and gross and the vibes/atmospherez of the building are terrible due to the bad property manager. She gossips about tenants to other tenants, does little to… foster good will, and quite frankly is a monster. Beware when renting here. Read More
