I recently toured Kingsbury Plaza and decided to move in, and I couldn't be happier with my experience. From the moment I arrived, the property was well-maintained, welcoming, and offered great amenities.

Our unit is spacious with incredible views of the city/river. We love using the amenities for hosting (the pool, reserving the social lounge and guest suite). We are always greeted by the front desk, leasing and maintenance which makes it feel like a community.

Beautiful building,Friendly office and front desk staff,Maintenance is top notch I highly recommend Kingsbury Plaza.

God this building sucks. Management is terrible and there's constant noise from renovations. Counting down the days until my lease ends.
