Ugh

God this building sucks. Management is terrible and there's constant noise from renovations. Counting down the days until my lease ends.

NOISE

If you love hearing the sound of construction, then Kingsbury Plaza is the place for you. All summer it seems like all I've heard during the day is the sound of constant hammering and drilling. Management also allows construction to occur during the weekend, so hope you enjoy the 8am wake-up on your Saturday off. If you work from home or if you have a small child you look after during the day, then I would advise you to look elsewhere.

Thank you for bringing your concerns to our attention. As the apartments become vacant, oftentimes it’s necessary to repair the flooring which can be a bit noisy. While we attempt to be mindful of the days and times in which these repairs are made,... sometimes work on the weekend is necessary.
