A smooth and Stress-Free Move to Kingsbury Plaza

I recently toured Kingsbury Plaza and decided to move in, and I couldn't be happier with my experience. From the moment I arrived, the property was well-maintained, welcoming, and offered great amenities.

A special thank you to Daphne Palacios, the property manager, who made the entire process smooth and stress-free. She took the time to thoroughly answer all of my questions about the community and amenities, ensuring I felt informed and comfortable every step of the way. Her professionalism,… patience, and willingness to help truly stood out.

Moving can often be overwhelming, but Daphne was incredibly accommodating and made the move-in process seamless. Her excellent customer service and attention to detail made a lasting impression.

If you're considering Kingsbury Plaza, I highly recommend scheduling a tour. The community is wonderful, and Daphne goes above and beyond to make residents feel welcome.

Amazing experience

I recently moved in and the entire process was incredibly smooth and stress-free. The team has been so responsive, professional, and genuinely helpful every step of the way. They answered all of my questions quickly and made me feel supported throughout the move-in process. A special shoutout to Daphne Palacios, the assistant property manager, for being especially kind, attentive, and helpful throughout everything. So far, it’s been a great experience and I’m really happy with my decision to… move here!

Feels like home!

Our unit is spacious with incredible views of the city/river. We love using the amenities for hosting (the pool, reserving the social lounge and guest suite). We are always greeted by the front desk, leasing and maintenance which makes it feel like a community.

Ugh

God this building sucks. Management is terrible and there's constant noise from renovations. Counting down the days until my lease ends.
