Amazing job by entire staff, we love Chicago bc of left bank wonderful and clean place and right on the river, maybe if rent was a little cheaper then it would truly be a gem

The application process was easy and the leasing agents were helpful. Move in was fairly straight forward. Also, we had a maintenance request and it was timely fixes.

I've really enjoyed living here! The location is great and the staff is always welcoming. I've felt safe and have never had an issue. Maintenance is also very quick - would recommend this building to everyone!

Great community and safe spaces for all ages. I just love living here. The services are amazing and without delay! Keep it up! I have lived for almost 1 year and I have seen many amazing activities for residents too!
