I've been living at Left Bank for 4 months now and it's been great! Everything is walking distance from here and super convenient. Also, I recently discovered the community garden on the 7th floor and have used some of the jalapeños and peppers in my food. It was delicious!

The management always create events to let the residents get to know each other which is nice. They do their best to communicate anytime there's a constructions, some minor fixes, or even road closure that could potentially impact the residents here. My resident experience has been good so far.

I'm approaching the end of my one year lease and will soon be extending my lease with Left Bank (LB) because my experience with LB has truly been refreshing. Staff is professional in appearance and demeanor, yet warm and welcoming; Building Management are PROFESSIONALS who are always on top of EVERYTHING, making sure that "no stone goes unturned". The attention to even the most minor of maintenance requests are met IMMEDIATELY. Management solicits surveys from residents to plan events regularly,... demonstrating that they are listening and that they care. The events planned are engaging and fun.This building is IMMACULATE - a place to be proud of. I highly recommend, and you can't beat the location with the River Walk one block away. The first time that I heard, "Welcome home Ms. H." when I had returned from being out and about for the day, touched me, reminding me that yes, this was my new home, and that it was a good place to be. This place won't disappoint.

Been at Left Bank for over two years, not a second thought about renewing for a third. Its a wonderful community, staff is phenomenal, property exceptionally well maintained and units are well apppointed.
