Luxe Logan Square

I would never rent from Mode Logan Square the way the building is managed and operated. It's detoriating, gets cleaned once a week, trash outside the apartment. There used to even be scents when you walked in. Now there's just empty glass bottles with sticks in it that say "Westin Hotel"

The oddest thing to me is that there were new lights put in the gym and mail room. There's so many issues that seem to need to be addressed.

Many prior reviews were made during Christina's time as building manager and Nick's time as a building engineer--- they have both since left and the building has completely gone downhill. New management is abysmal in comparison.

The building looks trendy and beautiful - but the reality is far from that. The walls are paper thin with no insulation - you can hear neighbors' phone conversations through the walls. The concrete floors have no insulation so you can hear everything from above and... below. There is a distinctly young, party crowd & uncaring older crowd that lives here so there is noise/cigarette & weed smoke/trash left in the halls. Overpriced, poorly made.
