Living here set the bar for every other apartment, in the best way

I've been at Marlowe for many years and it's the first place in Chicago that actually delivers on "luxury." The design is modern without feeling cold: floor-to-ceiling windows, designer kitchens, quartz countertops, and smart lighting that makes the place glow at night with the skyline. The staff is what sets it apart. Concierge knows my name, packages are in the smart locker as soon as I get the notification, and maintenance responds same day. Amenities get used, not just photographed. The... fitness center is better than my old gym, the rooftop deck with heated pool is my go-to for summer days/nights with actual views of downtown, and the lounge means I rarely need to leave the building to get work done

Best Apartment In Chicago

Lived in this building for over 2 years and I couldn't be happier, especially with the staff! Alex the leasing consultant makes the experience so professional and smooth. The building is a gem, the location is unbeatable, and the views are absolutely stunning. Maintenance is also super quick and knowledgeable.

Thank you for a wonderful experience

Iā€™m signing my 4th year lease at The Marlowe and have had a great experience overall. I love the neighborhood, and Alex has been amazing throughout my time here. Anytime Iā€™ve had an issue, sheā€™s been responsive, supportive, and quick to resolve it. She always makes me feel comfortable and well taken care of as a tenant. I really appreciate all her help and support and am happy to be renewing for another year.

Amazing Building!

Great location and amenities! Staff is very respectful and management is very attentive to residents. By far the best rooftop pool in the city!
