Horrible business management

On March 11, I applied for an apartment and disclosed my credit situation upfront. Underwriting assured me it wouldn't be an issue, yet I was denied on March 13. I paid $515, expecting a $450 refund for the admin fee, but it hasn't arrived after 17 days. Despite multiple calls, promises of reimbursement, and filling out online forms, there's been no response. Despite assurances of callbacks, including from the manager, nothing has materialized. This experience has been frustrating, and I advise… against engaging with this organization. A denial should trigger an immediate refund, and the lack of organization suggests possible malpractice.

It’s been great here and we’ve only moved in a week ago. Love the vibes here, everyone is friendly and there are a lot of adorable dogs. The staff are awesome which I feel makes this place ten times better.
