Great Property with Responsive & Thoughtful Management

I’ve had an absolutely wonderful living experience here. The on-site management team stands out the most—they are incredibly easy to reach, communicate promptly, and resolve every issue I bring up in a timely manner. I never have to wait long to get a response or solution to my concerns.
The community amenities and shared spaces are well-maintained and such a nice bonus for residents. There are thoughtful daily treats available every morning: complimentary fresh coffee and cold lemon water. On... rent due dates each month, the property also provides small grab-and-go breakfast items, which is such a lovely, considerate touch that makes daily life more convenient.
Overall, this is a fantastic apartment community with caring staff and great resident perks. I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable, well-managed place to live.

Luxury, Comfort, and Convenience All in One

Sentral Michigan Avenue has exceeded my expectations. The apartments are modern, spacious, and beautifully designed. The community spaces are spotless, and the management team makes everything hassle-free. I can’t imagine living anywhere else in Chicago!

Beautiful View

I enjoyed my two stay at Sentral. I had a 1 bedroom condo on the 20th floor and the condo was amazing and the view of Chicago was beautiful. The staff were amazing! They were very welcoming and helpful. Thank you Eurenice and everyone who worked the front desk.

Great stay
