DO NOT RENT HERE

The units are fine, but renting with Luxury Property Management has been such a disaster. No elevator, no WiFi, no mail, keys didn’t work when I moved in, intercom/security system was installed weeks after the building opened, rude/unprofessional/unhelpful property management staff, to name a few. I’ve had to burn 3 days of PTO trying to solve the problems they can’t. They blame everyone they can think of and offer only inconvenient solutions, if you can get a timely response. They give... conflicting information, if anything. Landon with @properties completely misled me when he pressured me to sign a lease starting 6+ weeks in the future about the readiness of this building to occupy tenants. I was even told the day before I moved in, when I was getting my keys, that they “never should have leased the building out” because it wasn’t suitable for tenants. I agree, avoid this place at all costs.
