With responsive mangement, expert maintenance, a charming and expert door staff, and exquisite amenities, the Bernardin is a great place to live. It is hard to believe that a rental building is able to offer conditions that are better than the conditions in some condominium buildings located in the same neighborhood. I feel most fortunate that I found my way into the Bernardin.

I had a great welcome here. The elevators are quick and never cramped. The pool deck is very nice and the gym is always quiet. My favorite part is the coffee machine downstairs.

Very friendly staff. Very helpful when moving in. Maint staff Very responsive. Love the neighborhood. 2 Blocks from Michigan Ave and the neighborhood has too many shops and restaurants.
