Don't stay here!!

I recently stayed at The Birchmont, managed by Becovic, and I have to say it was one of the most disappointing experiences I've ever had. The rooms are incredibly small and poorly lit, making it feel more like a dimly lit closet than a comfortable living space. To make matters worse, the walls are paper-thin, and the neighbors are consistently loud at all hours. Despite multiple complaints to management, absolutely nothing was done to address the noise issue. It's clear that Becovic management… is unresponsive and indifferent to the concerns of their tenants. I expected a much higher standard of living and service, but unfortunately, The Birchmont fell far short. I would not recommend this place to anyone looking for a peaceful or well-managed living environment. Better stay with a private landlord.

great location,n horrible quality

These units are all old style units the buildings in this area used to be hotels in the 1900s so the buildings are very old and brittle and while you can tell that some renovation was attempted the low quality material that has been used is very poor in terms of taste and endurance. Ive had to fix blinds, windows, toilets, sinks, bathtubs,ovens, and worst of all the energy bills are VERY high. If your goal is to save money seek elsewhere
However the location is great being right across from the… beach and nice bars and shopping nearby makes it somewhat bearable.
